1. Services & Data Delivery
Noor Mkdad ("Provider") delivers verified B2B salon suite intelligence, contact information, and physical door mapping data ("Data Feeds") to authorized clients ("Subscriber") via private directory portals and digital exports.
2. Single-User / Solo Operator Licensing (Standard Tiers)
All standard self-serve subscription plans ($79 Starter, $199/month Weekly Retainer, $999/month Territory Intelligence) are strictly sold as Single-User Commercial Licenses. A Single-User License authorizes exactly one (1) individual field sales representative or sole proprietor to access and utilize the delivered Data Feed within their assigned driving territory.
3. Enterprise, Corporate & Multi-Rep Team Restrictions
Multi-representative sales organizations, regional beauty supply distributors, corporate brands, agencies, and software manufacturers deploying data across multiple reps, teams, or centralized CRM systems are strictly prohibited from utilizing Single-User licenses. Enterprise entities require an authorized Enterprise Master Data Agreement. Provider reserves the right to immediately terminate access, revoke portal access without refund, and invoice unauthorized corporate users at the standard Enterprise Licensing Rate ($1,499/month minimum) for multi-seat infringement.
4. Subscriptions, Renewals & 1-Click Cancellation
Weekly Territory Retainers ($199/month) are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis via Stripe. Subscribers may adjust territories, pause, or cancel their subscription at any time prior to their renewal date with 1-click via the Stripe Customer Portal or by emailing [email protected].
5. Digital Fulfillment & Strict Non-Refund Policy
Due to the irrevocable digital nature of immediately provisioned proprietary database records, all completed deliveries, exports, and monthly retainer billings are strictly non-refundable once delivered to the Subscriber's dedicated private directory. If any individual record contains invalid contact information, Provider will promptly replace or swap the lead upon notification.
6. Strict Anti-Reselling & Anti-Syndication Protections
Subscriber is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable internal commercial license exclusively for direct sales outreach. Public syndication, reselling, sub-licensing, uploading to public directories, or training third-party automated scraping engines on Provider's proprietary dataset is strictly prohibited and subject to immediate legal enforcement.
7. Regulatory Compliance & Commercial Outreach
Subscriber warrants that all communications and outreach initiated using delivered Data Feeds shall strictly comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws (including the CAN-SPAM Act and state telemarketing regulations).
