2. B2B Commercial Directory Intelligence
Our intelligence platform aggregates and structures publicly accessible commercial salon business records, commercial suite directories, professional cosmetology registries, and public social profiles in strict accordance with business-to-business data regulations.
3. California Privacy (CCPA/CPRA) & Zero-Phone Policy
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), direct personal cellular telephone numbers of micro-renters are treated as protected PII. Noor Mkdad does not collect for sale, enrich, or distribute personal phone numbers. Our service is engineered specifically for compliant in-person physical route drops (exact suite door numbers and verified street addresses) and direct digital storefronts (live public booking engines and business social profiles).
4. Payment Processing & Security
All payment transactions are encrypted and processed securely by Stripe. Noor Mkdad does not store, capture, or retain raw credit card numbers or banking credentials on our infrastructure.
5. Data Confidentiality & Territory Protection
Your subscriber identity, route portal access, and assigned zip code clusters are held in strict commercial confidence and are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties. Category exclusivity locks are enforced in our internal database to protect your sales territory.
