Question 1

Why are phone numbers not included in the feed?

Accepted Answer

To ensure full compliance with California privacy standards (CCPA/CPRA) and modern anti-spam regulations (TCPA), we do not sell personal phone numbers. Our data is built specifically for physical field sales reps needing exact interior suite door access and commercial vendors connecting directly through verified public booking links and digital storefronts.

Question 2

How do I receive my leads each week?

Accepted Answer

Upon subscribing, you receive access to a dedicated private directory. Every Monday at 7:00 AM PST, newly verified suite owners in your claimed territory are automatically added to your directory.

Question 3

Will I ever receive duplicate leads?

Accepted Answer

No. The delivery ledger logs every record delivered to your private directory and permanently excludes past leads, guaranteeing 100% fresh data every week.

Question 4

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. There are zero long-term commitments. You can pause or cancel your subscription anytime with 1-click through your Stripe customer billing portal.
